FURNITURE Approval Request

To place personal furniture or decor in the hallways at CityView, approval must be requested and granted.  In addition, photographs of the furniture and/or decor must be emailed to: [email protected].  

Submission of this form indicates you agree placement of such items is at your own risk. CityView Condominium Association shall not be liable for loss, damage, or theft. Furthermore, you agree that no personal items shall be stored in the furniture and it will be moved in a timely manner when carpet cleaning, painting, or other maintenance must be performed. If said items are not moved as requested, they will be moved at your expense. 

The management company will respond with an approval or denial within two weeks of receipt of this form and the emailed photographs.
