TRASH

  1. The trash chute located midway down the main corridor on each floor is provided as a convenience for disposal of trash not appropriate for the CityView recycling program.
  2. Trash must first be placed in appropriately sized sealed plastic bags.
  3. For reasons related to clogging and sanitation, cardboard boxes, Styrofoam, pet waste and open bags of trash must never be placed in the chute.
  4. Please empty containers ( milk, juice, cola etc) of liquids before adding to garbage. They make a mess when compacted.
  5. These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security, comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can result in fines and/or additional consequences.
