CARTS

  1. Two valet carts are provided to assist residents with moving large packages and other items, especially on move-in or move-out days.
  2. One is located adjacent to the elevator lobby at P-1. The other is located adjacent to the elevator lobby at P-2.
  3. As a courtesy to other residents, valet carts must be returned to the same storage place immediately after they are used.
  4. A small number of grocery buggies are provided in each of the two parking garages for the convenience of CityView residents.
  5. They may be used to transport groceries and other items from the garage to their units.
  6. As a courtesy to other residents, grocery buggies must be returned to the same garage immediately after they are used.
  7. These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security, comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can result in fines and/or additional consequences.
