13 Storage

STORAGE

  1. Interior storage rooms are provided for convenient storage of personal items. 
  2. No unit owner or resident shall use, store, or permit to be brought into the building any flammable oils or fluids such as gasoline, kerosene, naphtha or benzene, or other hazardous materials. 
  3. Bikes and paddle boards may be stored in the bike storage room on the first floor.
  4. The bike storage room may be accessed using any CityView resident key FOB.
  5. Residents may lock their bikes on one of the 49 floor-mounted racks available on a first come-first serve basis.
  6. Paddle boards must be stored in the designated area of the bike room.  
  7. All equipment placed in the bike room must be registered through the management company using a Bike Storage Request Form.
  8. All equipment placed in the bike room must also be identified with the appropriate tag.
  9. The Association shall bear no responsibility for any equipment that may be damaged or stolen.
  10. These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security, comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can result in fines and/or additional consequences.
