BIKE/PADDLEBRD Registration

Residents may lock bicycles on one of the 49 floor-mounted racks available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the bike room. The racks are for bicycles that are actively used, not to store unused bicycles. Paddle boards must be stored in the designated area of the bike room. By completing and submitting this registration form, you acknowledge these guidelines and that CityView Condominium Association, Inc. shall bear no liability for any equipment that may be damaged or stolen.

In addition to completing and submitting this form, you must submit a photograph of the bicycle(s) and/or paddle board(s) that are to be stored to along with your name and unit number to: [email protected]. Your request will be responded to within two weeks of receipt of this form and the emailed photographs.
