05 Move In/Out

MOVE IN/OUT 
  1. Three valet carts are provided to assist residents in moving large packages and other items, especially on move-in or move-out days.
  2. One is located adjacent to the elevator lobby at P-1. The 2 others are located adjacent to the elevator lobby at P-2.
  3. As a courtesy to other residents, valet carts must be returned to the same storage place immediately after they are used.
  4. Moving trucks will park at P1 garage gate along north wall, allowing vehicles to pass. Furniture will enter through building doors at elevators
  5. CityView takes pride in maintaining two clean comfortable elevators to provide easy access from the parking garages to every floor. 
  6. As a special consideration on move-in or move-out days, the elevators must be fitted with protective padding and programmed for "freight" use during a specified period of time.
  7. Arrangements must be made 24 to 48 hours prior to the requested date. 
  8. These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security, comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can result in fines and/or additional consequences.
