WINDOWS

  1. Exterior windows which cannot be safely cleaned and maintained by a unit owner from within the unit shall be cleaned and maintained by the Association, and the cost of such cleaning and maintenance shall be assessed against the owner as a specific assessment.
  2. Draperies, blinds, curtains or other window treatments must be installed and maintained in a unit’s windows at all times.  
  3. All window treatments must have white backing so that only such white backing is visible from the exterior of the building.
  4. These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security, comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can result in fines and/or additional consequences.
