GARAGE Storage Request

Storage of items in the parking garage is limited to recreational equipment and gear and must be secured in an approved storage container. To request approval of storage for recreational equipment and gear, please complete this form.

Completion and submission of this form indicates that you acknowledge that storage of items in the garage is at your own risk and CityView Condominium Association, Inc. is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of any items. Further, you agree to move the storage container(s) when requested for emergencies (such as flooding), cleaning, and maintenance in a timely manner. If containers are not moved as requested, items will be at the owner's expense.

In addition to completing this form, you are required to email a photograph(s) of the storage container and contents to be stored, along with your name, unit number, and parking space number to: [email protected]. Your request will be responded to within two weeks of receipt of this form and the emailed photographs.
