DOCKS

  1. The City of Knoxville constructed the Riverwalk adjacent to CityView for the use and enjoyment of all City residents. 
  2. The gated CityView Boat Docks at the shoreline are for the private use of unit owners who have also purchased slips.
  3. A separate Dock Owners Association (DOA) is responsible for creating and enforcing rules and regulations pertaining to the boat docks. 
  4. On a case by case basis, the DOA may grant special boat dock access to CityView residents who do not own a slip.
